Practical choice of auto parts

1. see whether the logo is complete....

 

 

The quality of authentic products is good, the handwriting on the package is clear, and the overprint is bright.

 

Packaging boxes and bags should be marked with product names, specifications, models, quantities, registered trademarks, factory names, factory addresses and telephone numbers, and so on. Some manufacturers also make their own labels on accessories. Some important components such as generators, distributors, fuel injection pumps, etc. are also equipped with instructions, certificates and inspector's stamps to guide users to use and maintain correctly. When purchasing, we should recognize them carefully so as not to buy fake and inferior products.

 

 

 

2. see whether there is loosening of adhesive parts.

 

 

 

Fittings consisting of two or more parts are assembled by pressing, gluing or welding, and no loosening is allowed between them, such as oil pump plunger and adjusting arm are assembled by pressing; clutch driven wheel and steel plate are riveted, friction plate and steel plate are riveted or glued; paper filter is filtered. The core frame and the filter paper are glued and the wires of the electrical equipment are welded. If it is found loose during purchase, it should be exchanged.

 

 

 

3. see whether the rotating parts are flexible.

 

 

 

When selecting and purchasing assembly of rotating parts such as oil pump, the pump shaft should be rotated by hand, which should be flexible and non-sticking; when purchasing rolling bearings, one hand supports the inner ring of the bearing, the other hand turns the outer ring, the outer ring should be able to rotate quickly and freely, and then stop gradually. If the rotating parts are not rotated properly, it means internal corrosion or deformation. Do not buy them.

 

 

 

4. see whether there are missing parts in assembly parts.

 

 

 

Regular assembly parts must be complete and intact so as to ensure smooth assembly and normal operation. If some individual parts of assembly components are missing, assembly components will not work or even discard.
